MONTHLY ASSOCIATION FEES
Monthly fees of $180.00 are as follows, and are subject to change annually:
Maintenance Fee: $ 80.00
Reserve Fee: $100.00
These fees DO NOT reflect the monthly water usage charge which is added to monthly invoices as a separate item. Each homeowner’s water meter is read and the data is used to calculate the usage plus the electricity cost to pump the water to the household. The combined total is added to each invoice.
