Kula Nani Estates

WELCOME TO KULA NANI ESTATES

In the early 1980’s this 80 acre parcel of land was subdivided into 38 residential/agricultural lots, each approximately 2 acres in size, and given the name “Kula Nani Estates” which translates loosely to “beautiful open meadows.”  It sits on the slopes of Mt. Haleakala between the 3600′ to 4100′ elevation.

The weather is phenomenal here with cool nights and mornings, warm, sunny days, and afternoon moisture-laden clouds.  Temperatures vary from the low 40’s to the 80’s depending on the season and time of day; and rainfall averages over 20 inches per year.

Spectacular views are a highlight in the Kula Nani Estates neighborhood where there’s a panoramic view of the north shore across to the south shore of Kihei and Makena, Maalaea to the West Maui Mountains, the islands of Molokini, Kahoolawe, Lanai, and on a super clear day, Molokai.

Kula Nani Estates has underground utilities and dedicated roads to the County of Maui; and our subdivision has one of the best private water systems in Hawaii.
